Are the plants pictured exactly what I will receive? 

Unless otherwise stated, All plants shown are an indication of the size and quality of plants that you can expect to receive. Due to the natural variability of plants they will never be identical

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit card

I'd like to cancel my order, what do I need to do?

You can cancel your order with a full refund within 24 hour after your order being placed. 

 

I received my plant but the package was beat up/destroyed and the plant sustained damage!  What do I do?

To be eligible for plants replacement/refund, please keep in mind you take video of unboxing process and plant condition.   Give us detailed information on why you feel the plant is not in proper conditions after shipping. With this information will do our best to help you and your plant.

I received my plant but some of the leaves have yellowed/died during transit!

Old leaves, variegated leaves, and some plants are a bit fussy during shipping, but with proper care should bounce back.  If you believe this is an issue that is not of normal plant shock nature please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receiving, so that we can take a further look.

 

My package has been in shipping system for over a week with no updates.  What do I do?

Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do once your package has been dropped off at the delivery. You'll need to contact the local delivery service.   Any damages due to delayed or mishandled packages cannot be refunded by us.

 

I have emailed you and you haven’t responded!

We receive high volumes of emails every day. We endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

Please be aware that our contact hours are between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday.

I asked you to combine my orders and I’m still waiting for those orders to be shipped.

For any customer who contacts us to combine orders - please note that those orders will be subject to shipping delays. This is because they will require further administration before they can be prepared for shipping.

We also kindly ask that you do not attempt to ship too many plants in one box when combining orders, as we cannot ensure healthy plants on delivery if the order is too densely packed.
