Refund and replacement policy

LIABILITY POLICY

Please read carefully our Liability Policy.  This document is integrated to Plint Plant Term & Condition.   With ordering through Plint Plant means Customer agree all term and condition, including the Liability Policy. 

  1. SUBJECT WHERE LIABILITY IS NOT APPLICABLE
  1. We are NOT responsible for any packages sent to a wrong address based on your data.  Please double check your shipping address when checking out. 
  2. We are NOT responsible for any postal delays or mishaps (more than 7days). If your package came in later than the expected date and the plants are very stressed, we will not take on the responsibility of said package.
  3. We are NOT responsible for any beloss (plant or export documents), damage, death, or injury arising directly or indirectly from any process caused by custom or shipping process (handling, treatment, and release time).
  4. For some of these sensitive  plants leaves during shipping ; (Variegated plant, Alocasia, Caladium, Labisia, Rothundum, Verrucosum), we are NOT responsible for yellowing leaves, burnt of variegated leaves, and leaves damages.
  5. We are NOT responsible for any damages during shipping for any ROOTED CUTTING Plants.
  6. We are NOT responsible for any failure on delivery that arise because Customer failed to meet Custom requirements in their country (DUTY/IMPORT FEE; other Plant Regulation).

  1. Rotten roots, bulbs, and stems without any plant pictures before shipping.

  1. Plant rejection due to plant inspection finding in clearance process.
  • Plant replacement include shipping cost
  • Refund 100%(exclude shipping cost)

Customer shall provide Custom/ Plant Inspector notification document.
